Diaper Bag and other news

Yes, I couldn't resist...I ended up picking up a brand new diaper bag...but I didn't pay even CLOSE to retail value.  I get on craigslist every so often just to see what they have...well this time, I found a brand new, Carter's diaper bag.  I loved it and it was even better than the original one that I had picked out on Amazon....and it was cheaper.  I was thinking about asking $20 for it (she had it listed for $25), but when I looked it up and found that it was $52 on Amazon, and went up to $80, depending on where I went, I decided that $25 was a smokin' deal and decided to keep it.  I picked it up and now I can't wait to use it! LOL I'm so weird, I know!!! In other news, we have our first class this coming Saturday already!!! Waiting All Over Again

Well, we are back to the waiting game and even back to being in the second trimester.  I would be lying if I told you that it's been completely easy after we lost our match with the birth mom...because it hasn't...however...it's been pretty easy to deal with it when the support system that surrounds me is so strong! Between prayers, God's comfort, and the support system, it sure has made it easier to bare.  So...where are we now in all this? Well we are back to the waiting game, but most importantly, we are back to gaining the money that was lost during our match.  We are back to fundraising the best we can and just trying to save as much as we possibly can.  I have a craft show that I'm in this Saturday...then we are going to through our own craft show in December (the 7th from 10-4).  For this I will be charging vendors $25 to set up a table...and I won't be getting any of their commission for this event.  Then we will also have our own booth, as well a...

Amazed and Blessed

Wow, where to even begin!?  This weekend we did our garage sale, and wow what a great experience as we had signs EVERYWHERE to let people know that all funding was going towards our adoption.  We were asked several questions about what we were doing and why.  Great way to tell our story.  Yesterday a guy came over, stepped into the garage and said, "Well, I don't need anything, but I want to help towards this great cause..." and proceeded to drop some money into our donation jar!! :D  Then today lots of random things happened...one couple came, didn't buy anything, but asked lots of questions and then said, "Well, hey, I want to pray for you guys.  I want to pray that things will work out, for this baby that you get, and the process in general." I grabbed Steve and all 4 of prayed! How cool is that!!!  Then later today, I gave some left over hot dogs to my neighbor and a water (he's handicap now because of a job injury), and he knows what we are doing....
